MQMON. I recently installed MO71 support pac. I loaded it to a directory and also copied previous .CFG files to the same directory where the .EXE is. When i start MQMON the Q managers for the config file show up but when i click to open a location, i get ' State Unknown,QM Unavailable'. When i try and open a Q I get ' RC(2012) Environment error. ' The config files i am using is the same used by another developer successfully. Any ideas what I can do to resolve? Thx |

Install the (free) IBM MQ client software.
Version 7 MQ clients are also on the support pac site. |

Installing MQ Client resolved your issue? But it should be working without MQ Client..logically.. |

The MQI is a layer that is provided by a MQ or MQ client install.
It is also now possible to use the (relatively) new redistributable MQ client and include it with the application files. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

MO71 is a 32bit program. Is it possible your PATH is set to point to the 64bit MQ libraries or something ?
Cheers,
