How about
"Why IIB Developers need proper training"
followed by
"IIB is not a J2EE server"

This is crucial.
One of my best received presentations was:
"Use cases for IIB solutions"
subtitled
"If you think it would be easier to develop with Java in WAS, why are you using IIB?" _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

I have some slides on that the OP can borrow, an alibi for each of the times in question and 12 witnesses who clearly remember me not planning anything. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
