All,
I just installed (PKUnzip) the WBI-Help code on my desktop. I was able to bring the screen up and it was working fine. I then installed MQSeries 5.3 on my desktop. The MQSeries 5.3 install wizard stated that I did not have JRE installed, therefore I installed JRE from the MQ CD.
MQSeries 5.3 CSD04 is up and running on my desktop, but WBI-Help is no longer working. Whenever I try to run WBI-Help, the pop-up window appears, but it's blank.
Any clues as to what my problem is? I guess I should change something in my classpath or path?

I haven't seen this problem but try adding
set classpath =
as the first line in Start WBIMB Help.bat
The WBI-Help java version is 1.3.1 - I don't know what comes with MQ 5.3 but I thought that it was the same

It appears that MQSeries 5.3 installs Java 1.4
I will try to remove Java 1.4 and see if I can get WBI-Help working again.

I'm still having problems with WBI-Help. Has anyone else seen this problem before?
As per the readme doc, it should work under Java 1.4.

Thanks, I got it to work. I change my screen resolution and it's working fine with Java 1.4.
I don't know how or why!
