Hi,
I'm trying to configure SSL on Qmgr running on linux.
But to create certificates, I dont see the gsk7cmd under /opt/mqm.
Also, dont see /opt/mqm/ssl directory to set JAVA_PATH.
Will it be because am missing MQSeriesKeyman package?
And what would be the rpm command to install MQSeriesKeyman?
Any help will be appreciated.

Which version of MQ please, and which components are installed?

In the same way you installed the other components, but you may have to roll out the the FixPack to install the base GSKit and then roll it again.

When I install MQ on Linux (well up to and including 7.5 as I've not tried MQ 8 or MQ 9 yet) I unpack the whole kit into a directory. Then I create a directory called 'not_needed' and move the .rpm's that I don't to install into that directory. In general I install everything but the language packs.
Then I do the following (on RHEL/CentOS)
So in your case, I'd do as was suggested, roll back the FixPack and the uninstall the base software (only takes a minute) and then start again. All your existing data will be preserved.
However, with the EOL of V7.5 that was announced today, I'd reallybe looking at moving to MQ8 as soon as practical.
