I am moving from 5.1 MQ running on AIX to a 5.3 system. I don't know which principals have access to what objects. How can I get the list of principals and their associated rights to the objects? In this way it will make my job easier so that we can make all the associations beforehand and don't have to fight fires over a couple of days after cutover.

There is a support pac MS63 (and/or MS68) I think you can use these support pacs to save authorizations and rebuild. I think one of them works with 5.1 and the other one with higher versions. You will have to use both of them to achieve what you want to do.
