We have a CICS program which puts message(from screen) into request Queue (MQPUT) and the same program gets response from the response Queue (MQGET)

Problem: When a single user enters a series of transactions on the queue works fine and no errors are encountered MQCC_OK.
When we have multiple users (4 to 5) enter a series of transactions on the queue out of ~400 transactions ~30 transactions are failing with Reason code 2019: MQRC_HOBJ_ERROR in MQGET.

Could you help me debug the Reason code 2019 in case of multiple users?

Did you search google for 'mqrc 2019'?

What version/release/modification of MQ?

What programming language?

Is this a new application? Recently modified application? Has this always been a problem?

What other information can you provide us to help you?
