I have to develop a application in MB which process the request in multithreded fashion. kindly suggest which node will be used for this.

Any message flow can have more than one instance running if you configure this.

Alternatively multiple input nodes will create an instance per input node.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.

If you have to fork and then combine them, look at collector or Aggregate set of nodes.
