Can you explain what an .IIX file is?
Can you describe the fields in that file in English ?, for example, first field is two bytes long, representation BCD, etc. |

In addition to the comments by maurito and mqjeff...
Are you
a) trying to model the IIX file format or
b) trying to import an IIX file so that IIB does exactly what Trados would have done with the IIX file?
