Hi,
I've a requirement to send messages from MQ to Oracle AQ through Oracle Messaging Gateway. I'm trying to understand how to establish the connectivity to Oracle AQ. I couldn't find anything in IBM MQ Series documents or blogs.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks |

a quick google on Oracle AQ , first link , open it, and it says:

Application integration also involves the integration of heterogeneous messaging systems. AQ seamlessly integrates with existing non-Oracle messaging systems like IBM MQSeries through Messaging Gateway, thus allowing existing MQSeries-based applications to be integrated into an Oracle AQ environment. Refer to Chapter 18, "Messaging Gateway" for more information on AQ integration with non-Oracle messaging systems. |
So it looks like it is quicker to google than to post the question in this forum |

It's not clear why the MQ documentation would have information on how to use Oracle software.
As mentioned, the documentation on the Oracle Messaging Gateway will tell you to configure it to connect to MQ, rather than configuring MQ to connect to OMG. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |
