Hi All,

I am using Message broker version 9 (IIB).I have configured the DSN and set the environment variables using the below command.

export ODBCINI = /var/mqsi/odbc/odbc.ini

after that i ran the mqsicvp command it's working fine.

But when i closed the putty session and opened the new session,ran mqsicvp command...it's throwing the below error like odbc environment variables not set.

mqsicvp command working when i ran the export ODBCINI = /var/mqsi/odbc/odbc.ini command every new session.

How to resolve this issue.Please help us.

by adding the export to the profile that is run when you login to the session.

Yes...i logged into the session by adding the export to the profile command

and did you logout and login in again? What happens the nusing the mqsicvp command then?
