I wish everybody a great new year. My question.
We have this situation on MQ 7.0.1 and later on MQ 7.5: During normal operation the queue manager is looking for a log file beyond reach. The system didn't even have created that file but it is still looking for the future log file ? We opened a PMR to fix the problem but yet don't have any response ? Do you have any idea of what could cause this problem ? Or do youu have experineced a same behavioir ?
Thank you. |

Please provide some additional information.
What do you mean by 'during normal operation?' At restart? Some other time?
What do you mean by 'a log file beyond reach?"
What error message is written to the error logs? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Have you restored / copied the queue manager from another server but failed to copy all the log files?
How have you determined that this "future" log file shouldn't exist and is not in fact a "present" log file? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
