Ok, that's a bold and unjustified statement. If whoever's installed and is administering the product has the same level of training and support that you appear to have been given, it may be wobbling somewhat.

Mention that to the "it's not going as planned" choir as well.

You might also want to want to try out the suggestion of my worthy associate and give the InfoCenter a spin.

Issue is resolved now

we work by connecting to remote systems (citrix)
I have broker in remote system and I am trying to hit webservice also in remote system.but unfortunately broker is unable to pick up the webservice hosted remotely..

We have deployed webservice directly in test server instead of local and we were able to hit the webservice
