Is there a way to "downgrade" an IIB 9 multi-instance broker to a single-instance broker without deleting and re-creating? |

You don't need to have more than one instance.
My HA brokers are listed as Multi-instance even though they aren't.
It seems to be the presence of the relocatable data location that makes it look like it is MI. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

Yes, that's what I thought, too. But I'm a bit worried because mqsilist on the active instanse says that it's running in standby mode. |

You can't make an MI queue manager into a non-MI queue manager. You have to delete it and re build it.
If you're using traditional HA, then you shouldn't really worry about what mq reports about the status of a qmgr node. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |
