IBM have changed the IIB developer download link to IIB10 and there is no link to v9. Due to my myopia problem i have 1.2gb of unecessary download.
If someone has the the IIB9 linux 64bit developers version (toolkit would be okay too.), would it be possible for that person to provide a torrent link or upload it to a online storage site.

IF IBM is not delivering it as a Developer release anymore, then you aren't licensed to use it.

If you downloaded it when it was available, then it's use is subject to the terms of the license that came with it.
Regardless, I'm sure it wouldn't be allowed to redistribute it.
