Does anybody know how to call a Oracle function in ESQL?

Hi Yanghui,
I afraid that callind external functions (as opposed to external procedures) is not currently supported in any version of the product.
The best workaround, is to turn the function into a procedure, and use an OUT or INOUT parameter to return the value.
