The test was done with another user who has permission to run the stored procedure and this worked well, it is validating what may be the problem with the user IGOL. However the error '& 1' with '& 2' which returns the tool is not adequate. Anyone know what may be the inconsistency because both have the same user permissions.

The non-working user doesn't have permissions to the right Schema... ?

If you have permissions and even the process can be run from SQL Developer, additional own user procedure IGOL was created and yet continues to show the inconsistency.
