my firm is blocking access to MQSeries.net forums, like it was some sort of porn site or neer-do-well hangout. This place seems to have gone downhill in the last few years, now in the low-rent area of the net... |

This *might* be due to the continued use of PHP3.
Perhaps someone could offer to help migrate. I'm sure Cressida would appreciate that. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |

I've met most of the neer-do-wells, does anyone know where the porn is????
I worked for a project manager that wanted http://dilbert.com/ blocked as "it gave his project team a biased and unhelpful attitude towards vital project management activities".
When the firewall team stopped laughing they forwarded the rejected request to me (they knew me as "the guy who wants weird ports opened").
By the following Monday, everyone had a copy of "The Dilbert Principle" on their desks, and an extract from this very well put together work was on the notice board. It was the part where Mr Adams describes "7 signs your project is in trouble", with tick marks next to the 5 signs we were demonstrating.
The next team meeting was, well, tense. The manager in question was replaced a few weeks later when we missed an important deadline by such a wide margin Martians were worried we'd hit them accidentally. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Do you realise just how dangerous it is to have a Single Point Of Coffee Failure in your architecture? _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

Perhaps vitor should request that an MSCS system be put place next to his desk
M = Multichoice
S = Steaming
C = Coffee
S = Supplier

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

Management have recommended the site Keep E<Vitor's real name> Under Restraint In Grounds - this works for me. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
