I have noticed over the past several weeks or so that many of the links in the 7.5 Knowledge Center get an error that the topic can not be found.
This is one example -> http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKSJ_7.5.0/en/SSFKSJ_7.5.0/com.ibm.mq.sec.doc/q010530_.htm
"KC0024E: The topic was not found. The link might not be correct, or the topic does not exist. Check that the URL is correct and try again."
The 8.0 Knowledge Center does not seem to have this issue.
It is not obvious to me how to report this through the Knowledge Center, so hopefully someone from IBM sees this post. _________________ Working with MQ since 2010. |

You can either open a sev4 PMR, or you can go to a higher level topic page that does exist, and add a comment indicating the issue.
The second option *may* generate a faster response. |

Annoying that the new KC does not offer 'contact webmaster' like its predecessor. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

I believe that ended up going through a lot of hands before it got to the correct doc team.
the new comments system is much more direct. |

Way back on day-1 when IBM re-branded MQSeries to WebSphere MQ, URLs to MQSeries were expunged from IBMs website. Annoyed, I clicked the 'contact webmaster' and began a conversation about IBMs policy then that products only be known by their official titles.
I ended up conversing with two levels of management about my customers (IBMs customers) that could no longer find sales literature or code defect information because of the re-branding. It got fixed. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Those aren't the kind of hands I'm talking about.
I'm talking about several layers of website/server administrators.
But, again, only if I recall correctly. |
