Which steps is required you please tell me. |
Where should I send my invoice?
The steps are in the infocenter; you simply need to follow them correctly (like providing a file name not a directory to a parameter that takes a file name).
You also need to understand to some extent PKI itself, what needs to be in a key store, what needs to be in a trust store and what kind of errors you need to be resolved by someone else. For example, I'm surprised that the only way to get the IBM signer cert was from the URL rather than from the API Management software. Also for example, is that the signer cert of the API or the signer cert of an intermediate piece of network equipment? The latter would cause a handshake error even if it's the correct cert for what you got it from, as the underlying API may be signed differently.
There is undoubtedly someone in your organization with PKI experience because they're running your internal PKI. Likewise someone is managing the relationship with IBM. Reach out to them.
It's very plausible that you can set up the PKI within IIB correctly and still get SSL handshake errors. Happened to me a few weeks back, and I spent a happy afternoon shouting at the people who own the web service IIB was trying to call.
(They'd decided to sign their service with a CA no-one else had ever heard of, then sent me the wrong signer cert, then sent their entire PKI set up with a comment of "it must be one of these - import them all". More shouting.)
PKI is not straightforward. Read the IIB instructions, reach out to your experts and don't always assume the problem is your end. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

so should i do some configuration with the broker or i can get the response directly. |
You should do some configuration in broker. SoapUI, like all Windows applications, is using the PKI infrastructure built into the Windows OS and pre-configured for your use. While Windows has such an infrastructure, no other OS (such as the various flavors of UNIX) does. IIB, because it is a multi-platform application, assumes the lack of an OS level PKI infrastructure and uses it's own - the one documented in the InfoCenter. On every other platform apart from Windows, it's assumption is correct.
Hence you need to set it up and configure it. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
