The standard JMS queues are listed in the doc as:
SYSTEM.JMS.ADMIN.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.REPORT.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.MODEL.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.PS.STATUS.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.ND.SUBSCRIBER.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.D.SUBSCRIBER.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.ND.CC.SUBSCRIBER.QUEUE
SYSTEM.JMS.D.CC.SUBSCRIBER.QUEUE
SYSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE
SYSTEM.BROKER.DEFAULT.STREAM
Unfortunately, the doc isn't clear on the usage of some of these queues. On a clustered broker, which queues should/should not be clustered.
I think I've figured out that SYSTEM.JMS.ADMIN.QUEUE and SYSTEM.JMS.PS.STATUS.QUEUE should not be clustered, whereas SYSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE (or an alias to it, to follow best practices) should be. What about the rest? _________________ Brian Meekings

There is a comment in the Pub/Sub User's Guide (MA0C) that indicates that stream queues should NOT be cluster queues. It is on page 40 of my copy. |
