| B2Bi and Message Broker both seems to be acting as Protocol mediator,Message transformer. Then,what are the differences between these two type of products? |

As "type", probably none. As you say, they act in the same way and are competing products. The exact differences are as described here and here.
Your question could easily be phrased as:
