These both have very good markets, in the USA and internationally, as do many other IBM WebSphere family products. Why do you ask? _________________ Glenn |

OP talks about the job market. I would assume he wants to know which technology might be worth pursuing to possibly land a job. |

Which part of the USA? There isn't a "market" in the USA, there are dozens. The prospects (for example) for a WAS admin job vary widely between (for example) the East coast and the West coast, and even (for example) between New York and Boston.
What kind of package are you looking for? A package that would (for example) be reasonable in New York will price you out of consideration in Detroit.
Do you require visa sponsorship? That's going to have an effect on your target "market". Many employers (my current one is an example) don't want to get involved with the paperwork and only consider candidates who can work in the USA without their assistance, irrespective of role or candidate quality.
Other factors will also affect the size of the job pool in your target market. If you have skills in both WAS admin and WMB development, I'd apply for both classes of job.
But that's just me. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
