Hi,
I have an interview for Workflow specialist position. The responsibilities of the job is to design, develop and implement workflow models; and also support the development team. This is first interview I am attending in Workflow. I have studied the following PDF's.

1) Workflow Concepts and Architecture

2) Getting Started with Runtime

3) Getting Started with Buildtime

Can you guys please let me know, what type of questions they might ask in the interview. What is the best way(approach) to prepare for the interview.

Check out the IBM certification web site to look at the sample questions for the Workflow certification test (092). You might also take a quick look at the Programming Guide (SH12-6291). Another place to look is the Developer Resources on the IBM web site (http://www.developer.ibm.com/tech/sampmq.html).
