Hi,
I've installed IIB v10 and it was working fine. Later I've installed MQ 7.5.0.1.
But after then not able to launch toolkit. Any idea what could be the problem?
I've reinstalled all the products again, but still not able to launch the toolkit. |

Something must be wrong with your installation...
Make sure you install all into it's specific directory...
I am running MQ 7.0.1.8, 7.5.0.2, 7.5.0.3, 8.0.0.3 on my laptop with
WMB 7.0.0.x, 8.0.0.0, 8.0.0.1, IIB 9.0.0.1 and IIB 10.0.0.1 and don't seem to see any of the problems you're having...
Can you please be more specific? What is the error message? How do you start/ launch the toolkit? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

I've installed it into a different folder now and working fine.
Seems there is a problem with the IIB Unistaller....it doesn't delete/remove some of the components installed during first time and hence while re-installing if you specify the same location it will not launch the toolkit.
This is my observation. |

Hi,
I've started facing the same problem again....not able to launch the toolkit (even using iib commands and from command prompt as well). even after installing it at the different location. Only for that day it worked, later when I restarted my machine, it is not working.
Secondly, I directly tried to launch the eclipse.exe (from tools) folder but it is saying LocalAPIConnect (java.library.path) not available.
can you please suggest if there is any problem? or any existing services need to be running other than Master Service and broker component? |
