While creating new queue Iam getting error "AMQ8101: WEBSPHERE MQ ERROR(893) has occured", due to which I am unable to create queue.

Platform AIX, MQ V7.5.0.0

Have you looked for similar problems? If you search for '893' using the search option (upper right of the page) you will see a good number of other posts with similar problems.

If you are really running 7.5.0.0 then the most obvious thing to do would be to apply the latest V7.5 fixpack.
