Specific to your environment (or) in general ? Check with one who is going to give Knowledge Transfer to you.
As per my knowledge, production support is specific to a project, more of functional. (bit technical included, but specific to your project.) |

Is someone losing their job? Get them to train you first. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

Again, deliverables are specified by the contract you are under, or the expectations of your management if you are a direct employee.
Again, the person you are replacing will have a lot of information already on this subject.
Thirdly, again, we are here to provide advice and answers to technical issues or questions, not to things that are directly your job duties. |

You've been handed a poisoned chalice. WMBv6 is out of support by IBM so any Production problems you face you'll be on your own with, even if they're problems coming from the software itself (for example, an execution group failing to start).
As to what Handover documents you should expect, that's entirely dependent on how your site develops and deploys broker code, and what your site considers "support". We can't possibly answer any of that.
As others have said, get the "other person" to train you. And ask him how he planned to deal with issues arising from the lack of support from IBM for WMBv6. If his plan was "to quit and let the next person take the fall", then polish that resume.... _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
