| Hi, I want to provide access to qmgr and its objects for read only purpose to without adding the user to mqm group. Please let me know how this can be achieved. |

By following the advice you've been previously given.
Or explaining what you have actually tried, and what the results were, and what you did or did not understand.
You have been told REPEATEDLY not to POST THE SAME THING MORE THAN ONCE.
If you want to master MQ or any technology, you must be able to do four things.

THINK.
TRY.

Mqm group membership grants all access, not read-only.
