Hi,

We have MQ at version 7.5.0.3.

I need to update both mqs.ini and qm.ini file of a queue manager.

do i need to stop the queue manager and then update these files? or no need to stop the queue manager to make the changes?

Not to edit the files, but you need to stop and restart the queue manager to make any changes effective.
