I'm wondering if IBM has any plans to support Groovy on Message Broker. Specifically Groovy Compute nodes. |

It's an excellent question that nobody can answer, as it's assuredly confidential information.
Personally, I would consider Python or Ruby to be more likely candidates to appears sooner.
But again, I have no idea what is or isn't being developed.
You could ask your sales representative to ask the hursley team. You may not get a reliable answer. |

Thanks Jeff,
I'll raise the question when I visit Hursley campus in June. |

Ah - the Conference. I'm there for the IIB Beta workshop the following week. Couldn't swing both with the management.....
Or at least my mild- manered alter ego will be.

If I'm in the country I'll come down the A31 and buy you a pint one evening. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

Attempting to crawl out from under the rock I apparently am under ... how does someone learn about these events in advance? |

The Conference(s) are somethig your IBM Account Manager should be telling you about; the example discussed earlier is the North American iteration.
The Open Beta for IIB can be accessed here publically (hence open).
The Websphere Early Release program (the other event which I'm attending) is invitation only - see here for details and what's involved in participating (there's a committment required of time at least).
(All links are the property of IBM, all programs are the property of IBM who retain the right to vary content, participation and every aspect without notice or warning. I am not now nor have I ever been connected to the organization of any of these programs and all opinions expressed (or implied) are my own) _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
