I have successfully installed WMB Toolkit 8.0.0.5 on Centos and I'm able to start it up. However when I create and open a flow, the flow editor will be all blank and eclipse will be unresponsive. The following error exists in the workspace .log file:

Try opening an empty workspace... If that does not work un-install and re-install the toolkit...

No, I tried that. It doesn't solve the issue. I'm running Centos 6.6 which might be part of the issue.

You sure you got enough memory allocated to the toolkit?
On Windows I run mine with -vmargs -Xms512M -Xmx1024M

Did it ever work for you? If so what was OS level and FP level?
Go back to that kernel level.

1. boot into centos at earlier kernel, (the option is given to you at the time of reboot)

Few more pointers if you're ready to re-install the product:

2. Re-install MQ/MB/MBX/MBT with silent install script (installAllSilent.sh). After installation, check Toolkit behavior before applying fix packs.

3. Try combination of 1 and 2. Silent script doesn't take very long to finish.(~10 min)

4. If you have to install any rpm manually, use yum localinstall *.rpm.

5. Try IIB Edition. It's faster to install with silent install script as all modules are already packed into one package. I confirm that IIB 9 dev edition installs and runs on Centos 6.6 without a problem.

Let us know how it goes!
