I have imported and deployed the soapnodes sampels into IIB9.
I converted the sample flows and message set into application , by right clicking .
I deployed the message flows ,but when i invoke the message it doesn't go to the sublfow .
Subflow defined in the gen/submitPO_OrderService_SOAPNodesSampleConsumerFlow.msgflow file within message flow is supported during development but handled differently when added to the BAR file. When deployed, it can only be in-lined into the parent flow as part of compiled flow CMF. If you choose to deploy the parent flow as a source file then the error message is displayed during creation of the BAR file.

Yes, I've seen that message (albeit with a different object name) and it's reminding you that IIBv9 handles subflows diferently to previous versions. This is a documented behaviour. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
