Hello all,
There is problem with my MFT.Agent is running and doing transfers successfully but the agent status is showing stopped both in command prompt and GUI.And neither transfer log nor XML is not shown in GUI.I created a new coordination manager and configured again but same problem exists.Could please any one guide me |

how are you checking the Agent status, are you checking the status through MQ Explorer or any other specific monitoring tool
are you sure the channels between agent queue manager , coordination queue manager and command queue managers are up and running (if its running on different qmgrs)
are there any messages in Agent queues in coordination queue manager
What is the end result when you execute fteShowAgentDetails

Hi Gayathri,
I am using same queue manager to all the three.But agent is running and its been showing stopped status and it was not showing any transfer log in MQ Explorer under Managed File Transfer |

what is the agent event queue depth where the messages are published to this queue

there is some link broken and its not displaying the right details while you are execting the commands
command queue manage or commands are not getting the right status at all .

here the events are not getting published properly on the Agent Queues,
is it possible for you restart the agents if its not in production
what is the status of the pingAgent

i am having a doubt about why the events queues are null
