I figured some of the objects are missing.
do you have a clue how this could have happened?

it's a fresh install which I did in the past on another system without the issue.

recreating the queues manually is not a right good suggestion, why its not been created at the first stance is the question

is it possible for you recreate the broker again and see

They were deleted, probably manually, either through deleting and recreating the queue manager or by the SYSTEM objects being reset with a -c.

So is your assertion that you followed this sequence of events, without pause:

- Installed WMQ
- Installed IIB
- Created queue manager (or maybe not)
- Created broker (possibly using the option to create a queue manager)
- Issued the mqsilist / mqsistart that you posted

If so, you need a PMR. If not, you need to check the queue manager logs to see if the queue manager dates from when you think it was created and that a reset has not been performed. If it does, and it has not been performed, you need a PMR.

If it doesn't or one has, you have your answer.
