Is there any way to see the Queue Mananger which associated (used by) the configmgr? if not, was there any hit to guest the answer?

Sorry, my question was a bit confused, What I would like to know is are there any way to see which Queue Manager was asssociated with the configmgr? if not was there any hit to guest?

... for mqs 2.1 on windows there is a registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->IBM->WebSphereMQIntegrator->2->ConfigMgr->QueueManagerName
