In IIB9, when a new integration service project is created, the generated WSDL has a targetnamespace the same as the project name.

For example, if the project name is CCRegisterationService, the targetNamespace is http://CCRegisterationService

Is there a way to alter the targetNamespace ? Manually editing the files, does not seem to work, as the toolkit reverts the namespace it everytime the file is opened.
