Dears,

I have experienced in creating message set for complex messages such as EDIFACT. Now, I am working in a project where we need to use IBM Infosphere Data Stage. Can I use/convert the message created in Message broker to Data Stage ? Is that possible ?

Not as far as I know.

The ideal situation is that DataStage would support DFDL so the DFDL schemas for EDIFACT on GitHub could be used.

I suggest that you raise a requirement against DataStage for DFDL support.
