Hi All,

I am sure its something stupid that i am missing but I made a change to the qm.ini file (increase in lp ls values) for a Queue Manager and then restarted it.
I was hoping the new lp and ls values will be picked up but they did not.
I can still see the logs rolling back as per the old value itself.

Possible issues i think could be :
Something wrong in syntax in qm.ini?
There are multiple qm.ini* files in the data directory (qm.ini and qm.ini.backup<n> files) which might be confusing the MQ?

Also, This is production so I would not want to use hit and trial methods again and again

A decrease in number of logs will only take effect once the qmgr is no longer using the logs. This may take some time after restart.
