I currently only code in Java and a little C but my organization is moving forward with .NET technologies. which language would be best to dive into VB.NET, ASP.NET or C#.NET. I will continue to be working with MQ series so is there a particular advantage towards one to another?

Well, as far as MQSeries goes, there is a good C# API. I'm not sure about the other two languages.
But in general, it seems like C# is going to be the language of choice for implementing the .NET platform in years to come. But that is just my opinion
