I need to implement WS security in Soap Input node. However am not using WSDL to expose.

Please let me know any documents and some examples.

Why not?

It doesn't make any difference if you built the SOAPInput node from a WSDL or filled in the properties by hand; the WS-Security checking is the same & as documented in the InfoCenter.

Just do what you'd do if you had a WSDL.

How to use <wsse:security> </wsse:security> tags. Is this good approach to to implement?

Or else is there any way apart from this.

I as came to know about "Security profile and Policy Set". Please let me know about that also.

Which is the best approach?

If you want to follow the WS-Security standard then yes. If you don't want to, then no. The biggest impact is that the WMB tooling has defaults for WS-Security, but given you're not exploiting the tooling with a WSDL that's probably not an impact for you.

Any number; pick one that meets your requirements. You've not answered why you're not using a WSDL, never mind what the requirements are that drive your security design.

As described in the InfoCenter. As I said above and in previous posts, it really doesn't matter if you have a WSDL or not.

The one that's best for you. Seriously. You clearly have some specific requirements which are driving you in a particular direction (or you'd have a WSDL for example). We can't advise on that as we don't know the situation.
