When I am trying to connect from Remote Client application , I am getting below message.

Code:
AMQ9780: Channel to remote machine 'xx.xxx.xxx.xxx' is ending due to an error.

EXPLANATION:
Channel 'XYZ' between this machine and the remote machine
'xx.xxx.xxx.xxx' encountered an error and will now end. In some cases the
channel name cannot be determined and so is shown as '????'.

This message will be accompanied by other messages which explain the cause of
the error.
ACTION:
Tell the systems administrator, who should attempt to identify the cause of the
channel failure using problem determination techniques.  For example, look for
FFST files, and examine the error logs on the local and remote systems where
there may be messages explaining the cause of failure.  More information may be
obtained by repeating the operation with tracing enabled.

AMQ9519: Channel 'XYZ' not found.

EXPLANATION:
The requested operation failed because the program could not find a definition
of channel 'XYZ'.
ACTION:
Check that the name is specified correctly and the channel definition is
available.

AMQ9999: Channel program ended abnormally.

EXPLANATION:
Channel program 'XYZ' ended abnormally.
ACTION:
Look at previous error messages for channel program 'XYZ' in the
error files to determine the cause of the failure.

Error message seems self-explanatory.

Did you/your system admin look for/at FFST files? Does channel XYZ exist?

Has this application ever worked successfully? If so, what has changed?

And? These look pretty obvious to me:

AMQ9519: Channel 'XYZ' not found.

EXPLANATION:
The requested operation failed because the program could not find a definition of channel 'XYZ'.
ACTION:
Check that the name is specified correctly and the channel definition is available.

Thanks, I am now able to connect to MQ. I had to create the channel again and I changed the SHARECNV value to 10 from 0. But don't know what was creating the issue.

Which suggests that someone, or something, deleted it.

The fact that it wasn't there was creating the issue
