We have an MQ server 7.01 connected to z/OS 113(MQ 7.01) server running. Now we want to setup a SSL channel. The mainframe cert has been created. What steps do I need to do on the server? Is there a good document help.

There is a good support pack that will help you and check your setup.
The setup for the MQ server (distributed) to zOS is not different than the set up from MQ server distributed to distributed.

Who signed the cert?

Who signed the distributed Qmgr cert? I assume you are doing mutual authentication.

Both Qmgr key store/rings need to have the other's signer public cert in the key store to trust the other Qmgr.

What have you tried? or plan to try?
