I'm sure the PMR asked this, but have you tried setting a full path in the keystore location, rather than a relative path?
Have you ensured that the MQ service user id has needed permissions to the keystore and to the path to the keystore (so that, for example, it has read access on all directories leading to the keystore)?
Did you restart the whole machine after setting the environment variables in the registry? remember that running processes don't see changes to the environment. |

Sure, all paths are absolute and I've verified the permissions on the config file / keystore. The service and machine has been restarted multiple times during the course of this PoC. |
