AIX P770, MQ v7.1.0.1.
After turning on SSL in a qmgr, I noticed the sender channel in a v7.1.0.1 qmgr is taking significantly longer to start upon arrival of a message on the transmission queue. A manual start takes over a minute. We use the cipher spec TRIPLE_DES_SHA_US .
Has anyone experience this? Is there a way to speed up the starting process?
