I have searched in google and info center for DEFBIND and CLWLUSEQ attribute on the queue.
Unable to exactly what this attribute related to.

Seriously?
You look those up in the InfoCenter and find no useful information whatsoever?

Seriously..
I have tried the option of CLWLUSEQ attribute and iI can work load is working ..but not sure on the DEFBIND option |

You didn't get that DEFBIND is the default binding in the same way DEFPRTY is the default priority and DEFPSIST is the default persistence?

Because they don't do the same thing / control the same things / use different parts of WMQ.
