Hi

Does MQ act as a transaction Manager to the XA compliant reource manager other than Oracle and DB2?

The application we are developing has to pull the messages from the queue and call the API of another system (This application implements XA interfaces). Now if the API call is successful then i need to issue a commit which would commit the API call on the system as well as from the queue. Similarly i need to call rollback if something fails and message should remain on the queue.

regards
Garfield
