When am trying to create new Broker it shows " windows cannot find 'mqsiCommandConsole'. Make sure You Typed the name correctly, and then try again" problem please tell me how to rectify this issue

are you running the 'mqsicommandconsole' command from a normal command window? If so that is the expected response.

You need to start a Broker/IIB Command window

Your training course will have told you how to do that.
