Greetings to All!
Currently I am working on QPasa. Importantly I have to work on Triggers, Actions events etc...
can anyone share some QPASA help documents please! 
Q.1 Also may I know what is the difference between QPasa configuration manager and QPasa Manager Console ?
Q2.Road map of QPasa installation ?

Contacting the vendor (BMC) is the best approach, if you are using the most updated qpasa - (Agent or Agentless),
Regarding about the template, action and rules creation its with qpasa docs
