XML to JSON not preserving data type

Hi,

I am trying to convert an XMLNSC to a JSON but in case of an elemnt which is string with value "123", it gets converted into integer(without double quites) in JSON.

I am using a JCN with DOM and java-json JAR
(http://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/j/Downloadjavajsonjar.htm) .

Is there any way i can convert it while preserving datatypes.

Is there a reason why you are not using the JSON domain?
