1)How can I get name of inputfile? |
Examine the area in the message tree where the name is stored. The one listed in the InfoCenter

Under what circumstances, given the operation of the FileInput node, do you feel a file could be reused? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

I have assignment to check inputfile with file in mqsiarchive folder. If this file there is in mqsiarchive folder i must show this file used before.

How exactly are you going to obtain a list of file names from the mqsiarchive directory from within ESQL? What will you do if a timestamp has been added to the file name before archiving, or if the FileInput node doesn't archive the input file, or if an external process cleans the file out of the archive directory before the second instance comes (we have a cron job that cleans out such directories to preserve space)? What happens if you get a file input1.xml, the sender thinks it didn't arrive and sends input1_resend.xml with the same content?
In short:
a) Why are you not checking to see if the contents of the presented file match a previous incarnation?
b) Why are you not using a transport mechanism other than files that would eliminate the problem at source?

Not the documentation I referred to above, but certainly the content. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
