Hi

I have broker 7.0.0.3 which has been working for over a year on my prod AIX environment.. Now this morning its throwing exception... I have deleted this execution froup. Its not on my toolkit nor on command line.. How do I fix this....

Are you able to re-create the EG with the same name? And then have another go at deleting?

Also upgrading to 7.0.0.6 might help.

I cannot recreate it. It says name has already been used..


wbrkadm@uugbrk1 /home/wbrkadm $>mqsideleteexecutiongroup UKKBRK1 -e FTEGenerateTransferScripts
BIP1038S: The execution group 'FTEGenerateTransferScripts' does not exist in broker 'UKKBRK1'.

Reissue the command specifying a valid execution group name.

How do I read broker Abend files?

You can find the abend files in text format here:

ls -ltr $MQSI_WORKPATH/common/errors/

The content is not so cryptic, you so may figure out the root cause of a problem.
